Supervision
Our senior and more experienced practitioners provide supervision to support and ensure psychotherapists stay grounded, maintain professional and ethical boundaries, develop their knowledge, both theoretically and practically, as well as focus on self-care to avoid “burnout”.
Trainee Psychotherapy
We offer specific therapy sessions at lower rates to those who are studying counselling or psychotherapy to help and support trainees during their course of study.
