Terms

Therapy Sessions

Individual and couples therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are held at a regular time slot each week. During our first session we will establish together which hourly slot will be yours. Weekly attendance is not only recommended, but is important for therapy to work and progress.

Supervisions

Supervision sessions last 50 minutes and can be arranged weekly or every other week according to the supervisee’s needs.

Payments

Payments for regular clients and supervisees are done at the end of each month.*
First consultations are paid in advance.

Payment method: bank transfer.

* If you live abroad or you travel back and forth and you don’t have a residence address in the UK, all payments have to be made in advance, before your next session, weekly or monthly. We accept payments in GBP and via bank transfer only.

Cancellations

Missed and cancelled sessions (even with notice) are payable in full as part of your weekly slot reservation (exceptions are considered).

First consultations are paid in advance in order to reserve the slot and must be cancelled with at least 48 hrs notice or the full fee will be charged.

When you attend the first session, it is assumed you agreed and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Fees

All our fees are intended for a 50-minute session.
