Therapy Agreement


 

Session Duration

Sessions take 50 minutes and are charged according to your therapist’s fee.

Payment

The session must be paid via bank transfer 1 working day before session takes place. You will receive an invoice by Inner Citadel Limited (usually at the end of the month), which will liaise with you regarding your payments. Inner Citadel Limited will only collect information for contact and identification reasons.

Cancellations

Your slot on a specific day and time is allocated to you until we agree otherwise. Your appointments cannot be assigned to another client, even if you are on holiday or unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances. The full fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancelled sessions.


Please note: when you attend the first session, it is assumed you understood, agreed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.

Consultations and Assessments

Payment

The session must be paid via bank transfer 1 working day before the session takes place. You will receive an invoice by Inner Citadel Limited (usually at the end of the month), which will liaise with you regarding your payments. Inner Citadel Limited will only collect information for contact and identification reasons.

First Consultations are paid in advance. For specific Assessments a deposit can be required.

Cancellations

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, any other session, consultation or assessment – not subject to the Therapy Agreement – must be cancelled at least with 48 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.

Webinars and on-line courses


 

Property

All webinars and online courses, in the format in which they are presented on this website, are the property of Inner Citadel Limited, even though the intellectual property rights of the content remain with the original creator or presenter. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of the course format or content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Inner Citadel Limited and/or the content creator.

Use

All webinars and online courses are intended for the exclusive personal educational use of the individual who purchased access.
Any sharing, copying, recording, redistribution, or use of the video, slides, documents, or other course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Access credentials must not be shared with anyone else.

Booking

All bookings for webinars and online courses are considered confirmed only once payment has been made and verified.

Payments can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer, and must be completed in full prior to the start of the course or webinar.

Payment

Payments can be made by Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer and have to be made in full before the start of any webinar or course.

Cancellation

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, written notice must be provided to Inner Citadel Limited.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future webinar or another individual, subject to approval and availability.

Inner Citadel Cancellation

nner Citadel Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule webinars or online courses due to unforeseeable circumstances such as instructor unavailability, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

In the event of cancellation, Inner Citadel Limited will either transfer the participant’s registration to a future session or issue a full refund of the course fee.

Inner Citadel Ltd shall not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other related costs.

Webinars will only proceed if a minimum of ten (10) participant bookings is reached. If this threshold is not met, the event will be cancelled, and all fees refunded in full. Participants will be notified between 48 and 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar.

Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be issued only to participants who attend at least 80% of the live training session.

Confidentiality

By registering for and attending Inner Citadel Limited seminars, participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any clinical material, case examples, or sensitive information shared during the event.

Such material must not be recorded, reproduced, discussed, or disclosed outside the professional and educational context of the seminar. Breaches of confidentiality will be treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Recordings

When provided, webinar recordings will be available exclusively through the Inner Citadel Limited website for a period of 60 days following the event.

Recordings are non-downloadable and are accessible only to those who have purchased the corresponding webinar.

After 60 days, recordings will be permanently removed.


Please note: By purchasing or registering for any Inner Citadel Limited webinar or online course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Training Courses


 

Booking

All bookings for in-person courses are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified by Inner Citadel Limited.

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. Full payment must be completed prior to the start of any in-person course.

Participant Cancellation

If a participant wishes to cancel their attendance, written notice must be provided to Inner Citadel Limited.

Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund of the training fee.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future course or another individual, subject to availability and approval.

Inner Citadel Cancellation

In the event of such a cancellation, Inner Citadel Ltd will issue a full reimbursement of the training fee.

However, Inner Citadel Limited will not be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

Attendace

Use of Recordings and Course Material

All recordings, slides, reading lists, articles, and other course materials are the exclusive property of Inner Citadel Limited and/or the course presenters.

These materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of individuals who have purchased the relevant course.

Any reproduction, distribution, recording, or sharing of these materials — in whole or in part — with third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Inner Citadel Limited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions


 

Inner Citadel Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or through other official communication channels.
