Therapy Agreement
Session Duration
Sessions take 50 minutes and are charged according to your therapist’s fee.
Payment
The sessions must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the invoice. You will receive an invoice by Inner Citadel Ltd (usually at the end of the month), which will liaise with you regarding your payments. Inner Citadel will only collect information for contact and identification reasons.
Cancellations
Your slot on a specific day and time is allocated to you until we agree otherwise. Your appointments cannot be assigned to another client, even if you are on holiday or unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances. The full fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancelled sessions.
When you attend the first session, it is assumed you agreed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
Consultations and Assessments

Payment

First Consultations are paid in advance. For specific Assessments a deposit can be required.
Cancellations
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, any other session, consultation or assessment – not subject to the Therapy Agreement – must be cancelled at least with 48 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.
When you attend the first session, it is assumed you agreed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
Webinars and on-line training courses
Property
All webinars and on-line courses in the format in which they are presented on this website are property of Inner Citadel Limited, even though their intellectual property belongs to the creator of the content. Any format or content reproduction is forbidden.
Use
The use for any webinar or on-line course are intended to be exclusevly used by the person who purchased them. Any further sharing of any video or content with other people other than the purchaser is forbidden.
Booking
All bookings for webinars and on-line courses are considered complete only after payment is made and verified.
Payment
Payments can be made by Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer and have to be made in full before the start of any webinar or course.
Cancellation
If a participant wishes to cancel their attendance, written notice must be provided to Inner Citadel Ltd.
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the webinar start date will receive a full refund of the webinar fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the webinar start date are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future webinar or another individual, subject to availability and approval.
Inner Citadel Cancellation
Inner Citadel Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule on-line training courses due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, instructor unavailability, or other events beyond our control.
In the event of such a cancellation, Inner Citadel Ltd will transfer the participatnt’s registration to a future webinar or provide a full reimbursement of the training fee.
However, Inner Citadel Ltd will not be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Attendace
Certificate of attendance will be issues only to participants who attend at leat 80% of the training.
When you make a payment, it is assumed you agreed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
Training Courses
Booking
All bookings for in-person courses are considered complete only after payment is made and verified.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Inner Citadel Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or other communication channels.
