Therapy Agreement
Session Duration
Sessions take 50 minutes and are charged according to your therapist’s fee.
Payment
The session must be paid via bank transfer 1 working day before session takes place. You will receive an invoice by Inner Citadel Limited (usually at the end of the month), which will liaise with you regarding your payments. Inner Citadel Limited will only collect information for contact and identification reasons.
Cancellations
Your slot on a specific day and time is allocated to you until we agree otherwise. Your appointments cannot be assigned to another client, even if you are on holiday or unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances. The full fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancelled sessions.
Please note: when you attend the first session, it is assumed you understood, agreed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
Consultations and Assessments
Session Duration

Inner Citadel Limited will only collect information for contact and identification reasons.
First Consultations are paid in advance. For specific Assessments a deposit can be required.
Cancellations
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, any other session, consultation or assessment – not subject to the Therapy Agreement – must be cancelled at least with 48 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.
Please note: when you attend the first session, it is assumed you understood, agreed and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
Webinars and on-line courses
1. Intellectual Property
All webinars, recordings, and online training courses, in the format presented on this website, are the property of Inner Citadel Limited. Intellectual property rights in the content remain with the original creator or presenter.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, recording, sharing, or use of the course format or content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Inner Citadel Limited and/or the content creator, is strictly prohibited.
2. Personal Use
All webinars and online courses are provided for the exclusive personal educational use of the individual who purchased access. Access is personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Licence and Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and stream the purchased content via your account credentials.
Content is delivered on a streaming-only basis. Downloading, copying, screen-recording, distributing, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
4. Access Periods
Recorded Training Courses
Access to recorded training courses is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period expires, access will automatically terminate, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue the course.
Webinar Recordings
Where provided, webinar recordings are available for 60 days from the date of the live event. After 60 days, recordings will be permanently removed.
Access periods cannot be extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Course Updates and Technical Availability
We may update or improve course content at any time, provided such changes do not materially reduce the core educational value during the applicable access period.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.
Participants are responsible for ensuring suitable internet access and compatible devices.
6. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any live webinar or course. Payments may be made via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
7. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK and EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel.
For live webinars and live courses:

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session or another individual, subject to approval and availability.
For recorded courses and recorded webinars:
By purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the content being made available without waiting for the 14-day cancellation period to expire and acknowledge that once streaming access begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel.
8. Refunds
Refund requests for recorded content that has not been accessed or materially used may be considered at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
9. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Inner Citadel
Inner Citadel Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to instructor unavailability, insufficient enrolment, or circumstances beyond our control.
Webinars will proceed only if a minimum of ten (10) participants is reached. If this threshold is not met, the event may be cancelled, and all fees will be refunded in full. Participants will be notified between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future session or a full refund.
Inner Citadel Limited is not liable for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.
10. Attendance and Certification
Certificates of attendance will be issued only to participants who attend at least 80% of the live training session.
11. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any clinical material, case examples, or sensitive information shared during webinars or training sessions.
Such material must not be recorded, reproduced, disclosed, or discussed outside the professional educational context of the event. Breaches of confidentiality may result in termination of access without refund.
12. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or registering for any Inner Citadel Limited webinar or online course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Training Courses
Booking
All bookings for in-person courses are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified by Inner Citadel Limited.
Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. Full payment must be completed prior to the start of any in-person course.
Participant Cancellation
If a participant wishes to cancel their attendance, written notice must be provided to Inner Citadel Limited.
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund of the training fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future course or another individual, subject to availability and approval.
Inner Citadel Cancellation
Inner Citadel Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in-person training courses due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, instructor unavailability, or other events beyond our control.
In the event of such a cancellation, Inner Citadel Ltd will issue a full reimbursement of the training fee.
However, Inner Citadel Limited will not be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Attendace
Certificates of attendance will be issued only to participants who attend at least 80% of the training.
Use of Recordings and Course Material
All recordings, slides, reading lists, articles, and other course materials are the exclusive property of Inner Citadel Limited and/or the course presenters.
These materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of individuals who have purchased the relevant course.
Any reproduction, distribution, recording, or sharing of these materials — in whole or in part — with third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Inner Citadel Limited.
Please note: by registering for any Inner Citadel Limited training course, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Inner Citadel Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or through other official communication channels.
