Susan Hargreaves

BA Hons (Education) – Dip (Counselling) – MSt (Mindfulness)

With a strong background in education and mental health, I bring extensive experience in supporting individuals through academic, emotional, and social challenges. I hold a Bachelor of Education, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and  a Master of Studies in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from the University of Oxford. My work is rooted in empathy, professional expertise, and a deep understanding of individual development.

I take a person-centred approach, integrating mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) with evidence-based counselling techniques to offer tailored support to each client. By providing a safe, non-judgemental space, I help individuals explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing resilience and coping strategies. My goal is to support clients in gaining greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and confidence to navigate life’s complexities.
