BSc (Hons) Psychology – DCPsych Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy
I work at relational depth using a framework that integrates psychodynamic, trauma and somatic approaches. My 10 years’ worth of clinical experience has comprised working in private practice, primary & secondary care NHS services, prisons, education and long-term psychotherapy services.
My Expertise
Alongside working in private practice, I provide counselling to students at the University of Oxford.
My areas of particular clinical interest include developmental trauma, depression, relationship issues and psychosomatic difficulties.
I am also the Mind Wellbeing Manager for Without Shape Without Form (WSWF) – an organisation that integrates art, spirituality and mental health. Through WSWF, I facilitate Simran (a focused practice) sessions to the wider public to bring peace and calm to the mind.
